Instant Weight Loss

Any weight loss that happens fast , comes back fast - that means if you lose 3 kgs in a week , it will come back equally fast.

I think to keep weight loss down and maintain it - the slow and steady approach is required. But you need the patience to wait for that time. Very often you may get frustrated that it is not happening!! But it will over a period of time.A routine is VERY important or else it will all go down the drain! You have to fond 25 to 30 minutes in a day to walk briskly or run. You will feel more energised and look forward to this activity daily.

First thing to note down about reducing weight is to find what is the cause for putting the weight. There may be many reasons for putting weight. Like eating habits, and some cases stress at work and having stomach problems .. . have good food based on the work we do.. have regular exercise.. makes the difference.. though I am going off the topic.. this is general idea 'prevention is better than cure' ...
a) Break your food habits in to multiple times. That is if your are eating 3 times a day, change it to 5 or 6 times a day.
Try marie light biscuits combined with some protein biscuits alternately like threptin.

b) drink at least 2.5 to 3 ltrs of water daily.
Have a glass of water every one hour. Try to see if you can make this absolutely COLD water. The body will need to burn calories to make this cold water to body temp.

c) Have a glass of Hot water with cinnamon (dalchinee) first thing every morning. If possible have a glass every night too. 1 or 2 teaspoons of cinnamon will do. This reduces insulin resistance in cells and so helps burn fat faster.

Add a lime for vitamin C. Avoid Honey, since cinnamon-honey combi, causes probs for some, like excess boils or prickly heat.

d) instead of treadmill, buy weights and do weight training whenever you get time. Building muscle helps burn fat/calories faster than any other mode of excercise. So try to build muscles.

e) Dance to tunes whenever you can. Try stressful steps. It is enjoyable plus beneficial.
